Kevin Allen

Managing Partner

Kevin is a growth minded healthcare professional with more than a decade of consulting, sales and commercial development leadership. His experience across nearly all facets of the healthcare and healthcare IT market provides a vast knowledge base to derive solutions and relatable experiences. He’s worked with the largest multi-hospital health systems all the way down to private physician groups to bolster their competitive ability in their respective markets and deploy new technology solutions to support their growth endeavors.  Kevin has worked and consulted with single solution business verticals all the way to S&P 500 organizations to establish sustainable internal and market facing business development strategies.  Prior to High Prairie Partners, Kevin worked for Oracle (Cerner) through the Meaningful Use Era and Tyler Technologies on deploying public sector technologies to bolster the nation’s healthcare delivery capabilities.  Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Kansas.  While not working, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family, particular outdoors, hiking, fishing or camping. 

Jeff Stocker

Managing Partner

Jeff brings a wide range of healthcare expertise to HPP, including solution design, interoperability, population health, and business development. He has held executive responsibility for sales and solution strategy at leading healthcare organizations including Oracle (Cerner) and Tyler Technologies. Throughout his career, Jeff has worked and collaborated with a diverse group of institutions, including accountable care organizations, academic research facilities, and non-profit organizations. He has worked extensively with government agencies such as the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid, the Department of Defense, Veteran’s Affairs, and Medicaid agencies to develop their public and population health strategies.  Most recently, Jeff has served as a subject matter expert and strategist with health information networks and government organizations on their health services delivery post-pandemic. His vision for the future of healthcare is to empower individuals through technology and meaningful services to continually bring the person to the center of care.

Jeff earned a Bachelor’s as well as a Master’s Degree from the University of Kansas.  He is also a graduate of the London School of Economics Public Policy program, as well as the UMKC Bloch School’s Healthcare Leadership Institute. When he and his family aren’t traveling, Jeff is usually tracking down rare records, cooking, or teaching himself how to play the banjo.
